As with all Oregon vote-by-mail elections, your ballot must be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day (Nov. 8th). Postmarks don't count. You should mail your ballot no later than Friday, November 4th. After that date you should hand deliver your ballot to your county's elections office or drop it in an official county elections drop box.
